Can anyone tell me the model year? It had a "Don't Mess With Texas" bumper sticker on the back, because 'murrica.

'78 or '79 would be my guess.

Grill looks like a '78+ but the 78 had square headlights to fit the holes, the earlier model years 72-78 had the round headlights in the square housing but had a different grill. So either someone swapped headlights or someone swapped a grill (or I don't know my Ford trucks as well as I pretend to).

Either a 78 or 79. If it's an XLT or Ranger trim it's definitely a 78. 79 had rectangular headlamps on all but the base trim. My dad had an F150 and two Broncos from those years and I got to learn all about them.

some of the '78s had round headlights and that grille if I'm not entirely wrong (note; I'm NOT from the US and could as such be very mistaken.)

A 1978 F150 Custom model. The Custom came with the round headlights.

I think that bumper sticker came standard on that model.
